The Divorce. Comparative View between Old and Current Regulations - Social Significance

In the past, Romanian legislation did not distinguish between termination of marriage and its dissolution through divorce. Divorce represented, as stipulated in art. 38 Family Code, means dissolving marriage, for good reasons, which made it no longer possible to continue marriage. It follows from definition divorce that could only be obtained by judicial means, even situation when was based on consent spouses, court being one pronounced it, after verifying fulfillment legal conditions.
